Our Customer Service team helps with questions about product orders from the CrossCore-USA Store and other Mad Dogg Athletics® brand shops—Spinning®, Peak Pilates®, Ugi®, Bodyblade® and Resist-A-Ball®.

Order Lead Time
Please allow approx. 8-business days for your order to arrive. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional cost. Shipments outside the USA can take a little longer.
Non-U.S. orders placed with International Economy Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification, and typically arrive in approximately 5 business days. Note: Shipping delivery times may be affected by customs clearance.
Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your APO/FPO orders are welcome here and will not incur an upcharge.

If you were brought to our site through an affiliate banner and you place an order, please ONLY contact CrossCore® directly for order status or any customer care needed. Please email us with your name, order number and date of order. Our affiliates do not have any of your order information.

California state law requires that California-based businesses collect sales tax on orders shipped only to addresses within California.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Rotational Bodyweight Trainer™ you may return it in the original packaging within 30-days of purchase. Any returned product must be shipped back in “like new” condition and without any damage or signs of wear. Before returning please first obtain an RMA # by emailing Customer Care firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an RMA # has been obtained and noted on the new shipping label you can return your product to CrossCore, Inc. 19821 S. Susana Rd Rancho Dominguez, CA 90221. Please note that no returns will be accepted that have not obtained an RMA #. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping/handling charges will be deducted from refund. Any missing items or items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund. CrossCore® is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments and we strongly recommend that you obtain insurance for the full purchase amount when you ship. Please note that all sales are final for wall mounted, ceiling mounted and free standing racks. No returns are accepted for these items.
Cancellations After Order Has Shipped
Customer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs if the order is canceled after it ships. This means that you will be charged for the shipping cost to you and then back to our warehouse. CrossCore, Inc. cannot be held responsible if an order is not canceled by the customer in time. If you need to cancel an order please do it no later than 24-hours after the order is placed.
